that the mattress could use some updating. Despite this, the location was fantastic, with easy access to shops and dining options. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making it worthwhile overall.

I loved that I could easily stroll to the nearby Bear Lake and enjoy the peaceful park views while also being just a few steps from several dining spots like Ihop, making it perfect for my weekend getaway. despite a few minor hiccups with amenities, the room was clean and staff were friendly.

The hotel's rooms were absolutely filthy. I found dirty carpets, and the linens smelled terrible. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and I faced constant disturbances from them banging on the door and yelling. This was my worst hotel stay ever.

Didn't like anything, except fantastic shower!

The bed was too high for my husband, creating difficulty without a step stool. Though the staff were friendly, they seemed unaware of this common issue.

Body wash ran out and had to walk to front desk for more!!! Blinds didn’t block parking lot lights, making sleep difficult!!! Remote issues with volume and TV functionality made watching anything a tedious process!!!

The facilities seemed a bit dated, which affected the overall feel of the hotel. I loved that the hotel allowed my pet to stay and that the room had no carpet, but I did feel the staff could be more engaged with guests. A couple of employees barely acknowledged me, which was disappointing. Despite some areas needing better upkeep, the comfortable room made my stay enjoyable.

The night staff was exceptionally helpful, accommodating requests like extra pillows and promptly fixing the TV. The absence of maid service enhanced privacy, and I appreciated having amenities like a hairdryer and iron. A highlight of the experience was enjoying the grilled teppanyaki fish, which was delicious.
